Tess Dickie first joined Maurice Blackburn in 2008 as a Seasonal
Clerk, before completing her Legal Traineeship with the firm in
2010.
Tess was admitted to practice in April 2011 and now practises
exclusively in the area of Asbestos and Dust Diseases.
She is passionate about pursuing compensation on behalf of
victims of asbestos related diseases and their families. She acts
for clients who have developed diseases including mesothelioma,
asbestosis, asbestos related pleural plaques and lung cancer as a
result of exposure to asbestos in a variety of contexts.
Tess is a member of the Asbestos Information and Support
Service, the Law Institute of Victoria, the Australian Lawyers
Alliance and the firm's Womens' Law Section.
