Katherine Argentino has more than six years experience in the Superannuation and
Insurance department at Maurice Blackburn. She is based in our
Perth office.
She helps injured workers and people with chronic illnesses,
medical conditions and disabilities with a variety of claims
including Superannuation total and permanent disability (TPD);
total and temporary disability (TTD); and life and death insurance,
trauma, income protection and salary continuance claims.
Katherine also works closely with members of disability support
groups, unions, community organisations and social work departments
to help them understand their rights and entitlements under
superannuation and insurance policies.
