Jillian Barrett is an Associate in Maurice Blackburn's
Brisbane office. She studied at Queensland University of
Technology and completed further study at the College of Law in
Brisbane. She commenced with Maurice Blackburn in January 2006, and
is admitted in Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Jillian
is also a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist.
Jillian believes that being a lawyer means she has a
responsibility to represent people to ensure they obtain
justice. Jillian enjoys working at Maurice Blackburn as she is
able to make a difference in the lives of others by assisting them
when they have been wronged.
She is a member of the Queensland Law Society, Australian
Lawyers for Human Rights, Australian Lawyers Alliance and Maurice
Blackburn's Women's Law Section.
