Emma Maxwell is a lawyer in the Maurice Blackburn Major Projects
department.
Emma is currently working on the abalone virus class action and
the NAB shareholder class action. She also has experience in
commercial litigation and has previously worked on cases including
the LifeTrack Superannuation Fund class action.
Emma was admitted to practice in 2007 and holds a Bachelor of
Laws (Honours), Bachelor of Arts and a Postgraduate Diploma in
Legal Practice, Skills and Ethics. Emma is currently undertaking a
Masters of Laws (Intellectual Property) at Monash University.
Emma is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the
Australian Lawyers Alliance, Victorian Women Lawyers and the
International Women's Insolvency and Reconstruction Federation.
