Daniel Victory is a Lawyer in the Employment and Industrial Law
practice. He joined the firm in 2006 and was admitted to practice
in 2009. Daniel is based in our Melbourne office, and he spent
several months helping clients in Brisbane.
Daniel advises employees, including senior executives, on
employment issues relating to redundancies, termination,
discrimination and disciplinary matters. He negotiates directly
with employers to resolve issues on terms favourable to his
clients.
He has previously worked for the Australian Council of Trade Unions
and Monash University in the Faculty of Business and
Economics.
Daniel is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Australian
Labour Law Association and the Australian Institute of Employment
Rights. Daniel is the deputy chair of Job Watch, an employment
rights community legal centre.
