Women lawyers offer wardrobe support at charity event

Queensland women lawyers will be donating thousands of dollars worth of women's work wear, shoes and accessories this Thursday (21 July) in Brisbane.

Hosted by Maurice Blackburn Women's Law section, the event at Customs House will be attended by over 100 lawyers and will benefit the international not-for-profit organisation 'Dress for Success' which assists disadvantaged women to find and keep jobs.

Maurice Blackburn principal lawyer Terri Butler said the firm was proud to support a great cause.

"We have had an amazing response and are looking forward to a fantastic night of networking and sharing our good quality work clothes, in the name of a wonderful organisation," she said.
